Billing/Clan Pay

Clan-Pay allows your team mates to contribute towards your Multiplay Service, which you can then use to pay for your Server when it's due for renewal. Contributers can make payments as small as £5.00 into the Clan-Pay pot, and you can then use the funds to pay for your server.
You can even use your normal card or paypal payment methods along side your Clan-Pay pot if there isn't quite enough funds to cover your renewal.
Setting up Clan-Pay
Click on the Clan-Pay Setup link at the top of the page.
On this page you will be presented with a box to enter a name, this could be your clan, community or server name.
Once you've set the name you will be able to start receiving contributions. You can let your friends know where to go to help contribute through several methods on the page:
- Direct link
- HTML code
- Forum/BB Code
- Email a friend
Contributing to a server
Visit the Clan-Pay page of the server you wish to contirbute to and then do the following:
- Fill in the Billing details and any additional contact details
- Select your method of payment (PayPal or Debit/Credit Card)
To pay Debit/Credit Cards
- Select the Credit or debit Card option
- Enter your card details in the box provided
- Enter the amount you would like to contribute. If you wish to contribute anonymously, check the box next to this option
- Click Review Contribution
- Review your contribution carefully on the next page and click Contribute when you're ready.
To pay via PayPal:
- Select the PayPal Express Checkout option
- Enter the amount you would like to contribute. If you wish to contribute anonymously, check the box next to this option
- Click Review Contribution
- Review your contribution carefully on the next page and click Contribute when you're ready.
- You will then be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your transaction
Please note: Payments made using Clan-Pay are non-refundable and non-transferrable. The account owner may choose to use the payment you make on their account toward invoices for any of the services they have associated with the account. Payments made through Clan-Pay do not form any contractual relationship between Multiplay and the payer, nor confer any rights over the service(s) on the account being paid toward.
